About the Role

We’re looking for a junior Go-to-Market Associate to join our team and play a vital role in helping us reach more fashion brands around the world. In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships with potential and existing clients, collaborating with your team to develop outreach strategies, and contributing to the success of our go-to-market efforts.

You’ll be working in a pod structure alongside another associate and a senior team member who will provide coaching and support as you grow into the role. While experience is a bonus, it’s not a dealbreaker. We value curiosity, determination, and the ability to learn on the job.

This role is based in Tokyo. English will be your primary language, but Japanese proficiency is a helpful asset for internal communication.

What you will do.

  • Connect with outbound leads and reach out to international fashion brands.
  • Help manage existing clients where relevant to grow our business
  • Work closely with your pod to design and implement outreach strategies.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings alongside your senior team member.
  • Use tools like HubSpot to manage leads and support inbound marketing efforts.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve content and outreach strategies.
  • Support the team in meeting personal and shared targets for lead generation.

  • Eager to Learn: You don’t need a long resume—just a willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and grow in the role.
  • Driven: You’re ready to put in the effort and try different approaches to meet your goals.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and tackling challenges together.
  • Language Skills: You’re fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment. Japanese is helpful but not essential.
  • Digital Know-How: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or an interest in inbound marketing is a plus, but we can teach you the ropes.
