We have learned a lot from this survey. Although only about half of the respondents answered that they have used Virtusize, more than 90% of them answered that they intend to continue using Virtusize in the future. Based on the results of this survey, we would like to improve our website by utilizing Virtusize and promoting its functions so that the remaining half of the respondents who have not yet used Virtusize will also use it.

We are also very pleased to have received valuable feedback from customers that will lead to the development of new services, such as "I would be happy if I could check the size of the top and bottom of the dress together," and "I would like to have staff members who have similar body shape and height to me to provide me with their own coordinates," in parallel with the survey. We will immediately share these comments with our Product Development Department to explore future possibilities!

On the other hand, we also received a 36.46% response from customers who have never used the service that they "did not know it existed," and we feel that we still need to raise awareness of the service.
